Delivery Policy

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. We dispatch all goods by Royal Mail or by overnight delivery if requested.

The cost of packing and delivery is free for all Royal mail deliveries or £7.50 for overnight delivery (please note we must receive your order by 12.00 midday for guaranteed overnight delivery)

6-10 items: £5
11-15 items: £7.50

We will deliver the goods following the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Whilst we use only reputable delivery companies we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Your parcel will only be considered missing if it fails to arrive 15 working days after the approximate delivery date indicated in your order dispatch notification email.
